He was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely considerate of his customers. Jeff even took the time to help me with a few small fixes along the way. He also custom-built an attic door for me, and the craftsmanship is excellent. It’s rare to find someone who is this skilled, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. Jeff is truly the best contractor I have ever met, and I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs high-quality work done right the first time.
Jeff and Rob bring an exceptional level of expertise and experience to their work, and they are incredibly client-centered in their approach to each project. After a few consultations with other companies (and getting the runaround on pricing and timing), I came across McKinnon — they were completely transparent about all aspects of the scoped project, which was extremely refreshing. Their team is fantastic, and it really showed in the quality of their craftsmanship. We had new cabinets installed, and one of the most challenging aspects of the project was the removal and reinstallation of a large granite countertop (20 feet long). They successfully reinstalled it without any damage — something other companies were unwilling to guarantee. Everything turned out great, and they ensured our condo was spotless and free of dust after the work. I can’t recommend McKinnon enough — trustworthy, highly skilled, and just all-around great guys!
Jeff and team created my dream backyard. He managed the entire project from concept thru completion. He brought in his stone team and built a custom 1100 sqft patio with a beautiful curved sitting wall. Then Jeff personally built a custom covered pergola that came out better than expected. Will continue to consult with Jeff on more projects.
